I want you to be thrilled with your LOVESTRUCK bag! If something isn't quite right, I offer exchanges for unworn, unused items within 5 business days of receipt. Please contact me before sending anything back.

Exchanges

• You're responsible for return shipping costs. I will cover shipping the exchanged item if the return is due to my error.

A Few Exceptions

• All sales are final on sale items.

• Once a custom order is finalized and payment received, design changes are not possible due to the planning and materials involved. A $25 fee applies to any changes requested after finalization.
